Since the sun has come out to play, we enjoy most of our time at home outdoors. No doubt it is due to Zoe's determination to get out the door and get the ball and start running. Is it wrong that we use her perseverance for chasing a ball and playing with a ball as a way to babysit her? I think we are fortunate that we have the ability to hang out with the dog, but if we need to run inside to grab something we can just go and not worry about Zoe wondering away. It is nice that Zoe has stopped wondering so much about the neighbours dogs. They will bark at her, and she won't pay them any attention. It is nice being able to exercise our dog in our back yard! It leaves one tired puppy at the end of the day. The picture really does speak for itself.
On another note we had such a great weekend of hanging out with Jenn! She came to visit for the weekend because Jenn's friend was coming up to see her brother and some friends so Jenn decided to catch a ride up and see us. Cam got to go out biking with his sister, and we all got to hang out and go for some good food. We went to a really good sushi cafe for supper in Kelowna. It was a busy weekend but a GREAT one as well.
